 Course
instructor, Dr. David Matheson, will respond to your
team's specific questions, walk through your evaluations
and review your portfolio findings to ensure that your
learning objectives are met.
Intersession
Activities:
Downloadable
articles, case presentations,
practical exercises and course materials
 Additional
material and resources will be provided prior to and
throughout the course to help you immediately benefit
from the course. You will develop a draft of your
revised portfolio aided by on-line portfolio simulation
exercises. Specifically:

Pre-course: discuss your issues and challenges
in strategic portfolio management

Diagnostic Intersession: understand your
organization better and learn what it will take to
make your portfolio deliver better results.

Evaluation Intersession: evaluate a sample of
your projects online using Portfolio Navigator™
-
Post-course: discuss the portfolio implications
in your companies and receive coaching and support
from your peers and instructors on getting the most
from what you've learned.
Networking Sessions
 These
will provide an opportunity for cross industry learnings,
shared perspectives on dealing with common evaluation
issues and overcoming typical implementation challenges.
You will also have an opportunity to interact with this
peer network to compare progress, share insights and
lessons learned.
