Frank Finn
McCain Foods

Frank D. Finn serves as President of McCain Foods USA. In this position, Finn is responsible for operations, sales, marketing, research and development, agriculture, warehousing, distribution and customer service for the company in the United States. Prior to this appointment, Finn was Chief Operating Officer. Frank joined McCain Foods USA in 2007 as senior vice president, commercial operations with responsibility for all sales, marketing, research and development efforts in the United States.

His career of more than two decades of strong business and leadership experience was gained through various senior executive-level positions working for top Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining McCain, Finn held the positions of Vice President/Chief Customer Officer of Global Accounts for Shell Oil; Senior Vice President of Installed Sales and Services at Pennzoil-Quaker State Company and Vice President and General Manager of Pepsi-Cola International.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University and an Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He also attended the Executive Leadership Program at the University Fontainebleau in France.


Shannon Connell
PhD Candidate,
Design Thinking + Innovation

Shannon Connell is a PhD candidate in Organization Development at Benedictine University. Shannon began her career at Procter & Gamble where she worked for ten years in primarily global Marketing roles. Her international experience includes four years working in China, followed by an extensive assignment in South America. Following her work at P&G, Shannon held management positions with strong Fortune 100 companies including Royal Dutch Shell, Gillette and SYSCO. From 2002-2008, she was an Adjunct Professor of Management at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. Shannon has presented internationally at conferences in Asia, Europe and South America, and domestically at The Midwest Academy of Management. Shannon holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an M.B.A. in Management.
