22-23, 2008. Registration /continental
breakfast begins at 7:00 am. Sessions begin at 8:00
am on Tuesday, 1/22 and conclude at 3:15 pm on
Wednesday 1/23.
Pre-conference
workshops are offered on
Monday, 1/21 from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00;
Executive
Session from 11:00 – 5:00;
registration/breakfast begins at 7:00 am.

Cancellations/Substitutions:
You may send a
substitute attendee in your place at any time with no penalty
(please inform us in advance, if possible). Cancellations made
within 5 business days of the conference are subject to a $200
cancellation fee. No-shows are liable for the full fee.

disability that may affect your participation, please call us
regarding your needs at least two weeks in advance of the
conference.
